ANGUS CAMERON GADSBY On Tuesday, June 27, 2000, Angus Gadsby died at Beacon Hill Lodge. Angus was born in Souris, Man., on December 5, 1905, and lived there until 1941 when he and his family moved to Winnipeg where he worked as a plumber and fitter (Local 254) until his retirement. He was predeceased by his wife Lucy on January 1, 1996 and his eldest son Don on April 10, 1996. He is survived by his son Bob (Leona) and family of Invermere, B.C.; Brian (Merle) and family of Mitchell, Man.; daughter Merle Menard and family of Winnipeg and his sister Nell McKenzie of Souris. At Angus request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Thanks to the staff at Beacon Hill Personal Care Home who took good care of him, especially "Fez."
